KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficient office management and organisational skills.
  • Meeting preparation and support to Board
  • Excellent social and public relations skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), telephone etiquette, front office reception and ability to work independently.
  • Good writing skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent in IR/HR/ Office Management or related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative/ secretarial role in preferably a NGO/CSO environment
  • Team player, well organized and excellent office management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • . Ability to work in fast paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-starter, energetic and passionate about work
  • Fluency in English with great interpersonal skills
  • Ethical and proper handling of confidential information
  • Problem solving abilities and eye for detail.
