The programme covering the events will be communicated to you at least 7 days prior to the date of each event, or as soon as finalized if earlier, no later than the dates indicated below:

- Registration Forms: In the meantime, Forms 1A, 1B & 1C & 1D for registration of the above events will be sent via separate emails by late January, 2024.

2. Entitlements for Participation:
The attendance numbers allocated shall be in accordance with the FTUC Constitution and will be listed in the entitlements section of each form. Please note that these entitlements are subject to your Union being fully financial and all fees paid. The registration fees and levies as endorsed by the National Council Meeting on December 14th 2019 are applicable to this years’ Conferences and are as follows:
All applicable fees must be fully paid to facilitate the smooth participation in the Conferences. This information will be summarized in the Finance Registration & Entitlement Form, to be sent separately to you as stated above, by early February, 2024.
Where any affiliate is non-financial, if affiliation fees is not paid for over 3 months, and has no voting rights, it shall:

Bear full cost of attendance to any FTUC events such as Biennial Delegates Conference, Youth Conference, Women’s Conference and other meetings until such time that they are financial.

The cost shall be payable upon confirmation of attendance, prior to attendance and participation.
3.Call for Nominations for Office Bearers and Motions from Affiliates
As stipulated in Section 10 – 10.1 of the FTUC Constitution (2019), we shall issue a Call for Nominations for Office Bearers and Motions from Affiliates for each events to be sent out as follows:

By issue of this circular we inform you of the key particulars of upcoming events as we finalise each affiliate circular to be sent for each event in the coming days.

We anticipate your kind cooperation towards preparation of the various events, early submission for registrations, and attention to dues, special levy and registration fees.
